The PSA’s investigation of the incident on Scarabeo 8 during February 2015, when a man fell overboard, is now completed. Several regulatory breaches were identified.

The investigation by the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) into the incident on Mærsk Giant of 14 January 2015, when a lifeboat was unintentionally launched to the sea, has now been completed. Several breaches of the regulations were identified.

The investigation of the hydrocarbon leak of 26 January 2014 on Statfjord C by the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) identified serious breaches of the regulations. Operator Statoil has now been notified of an order by the PSA.

The steam leak at the Mongstad facility on 8 November 2012 had a large potential for injury, with a risk of multiple fatalities. The PSA's investigation of the incident concludes that the leak occurred due to corrosion.

An investigation by the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) of the hydrocarbon leak on Ula on 12 September 2012 has identified serious breaches of the regulations. The PSA has now given operator BP an order.
