The consent applies to drilling of the gas pilot wells 16/4-U-2/3/4/5/6 in production licence 359.
The work is scheduled to begin in June 2019 and is expected to last 24 days.
The wells are to be drilled by Leiv Eiriksson, a semi-submersible drilling facility of the SS Trosvik Bingo 9000 type, owned and operated by Ocean Rig.
Leiv Eiriksson was issued with an Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) by the PSA in July 2008.
