The audit was conducted from 19 October to 10 November 2022.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to assess how COPSAS ensures compliance with regulatory requirements concerning the prevention of major accidents and acute personal injuries in the design and follow-up of selected technical safety functions, the operation of processing facilities and the performance of work operations where pressure poses a risk.
Result
Four non-conformities were identified, concerning:
- Overpressure protection
- Firefighting facilities
- Non-conformity handling
- Documentation
No improvement points were identified.

We have asked ConocoPhillips to report to us by 27 January 2023 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
