The audit was conducted on 20 and 21 April 2022.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that the planning and follow-up of the removal complied with requirements in the HSE regulations.

Result

The audit identified one non-conformity. This concerned:

  • Risk reduction

We also observed four factors that we have chosen to categorize as improvement points. These concerned:

  • Safety in load-bearing structural elements
  • Follow-up of subcontractors’ competence
  • Follow-up of noise
  • Use of respirators

What happens now?

We have asked Repsol to report to us by 1 July 2022 on how the non-conformity will be addressed, and for their assessment of the improvement points observed.
