The audit was conducted in the period 27 September and 19 November 2021.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor’s management and follow-up of design solutions are secure and robust and comply with the requirements in the PDO and the regulations. This also included experience transfer within the Johan Sverdrup project from phase 1 to phase 2.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Improvement points were identified relating to:
- SAS control system and alarm management in control rooms
- Labelling
- Offshore cranes
- Lifting lugs and materials handling plan
- Openings under railings
- Maintenance programme
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor for their assessment of the observations we have categorised as improvement points. The reply deadline is set at 18 February 2022.
