The audit was conducted from 9 to 11 May 2022 with assistance from the Civil Aviation Authority Norway.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify processes and systems that contribute to ensuring the comprehensive management of emergency preparedness, and to verify that helidecks comply with regulatory requirements in order to help ensure safe helicopter operations and personnel transport.
Result
The Civil Aviation Authority Norway identified 12 helideck-related non-conformities.
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor to report by 24 June 2022 on how the non-conformities will be addressed and for their assessment of the observations made.
