The audit was conducted on 24 November 2021.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to gain an overview of the company's follow-up and integrity management of infield steel pipelines, steel risers and control cables. We wanted to see how the integrity of the systems is followed up and to ensure that the company takes a holistic approach to safe operations in accordance with its own requirements and the HSE regulations.
Result
No non-conformities were identified during the audit.
One improvement point was identified concerning maintenance programme performance.
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to give us its assessment of the improvement point observed by 4 February 2022.
