The audit was conducted between 27 September and 1 October 2021.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that the integrity of structures and maritime systems is protected in compliance with the HSE regulations.
Result
Four non-conformities were identified in the following areas:
- Documentation of capacity in accident limit state
- Passive fire protection
- Assumptions for use of the facility
- Follow-up of suppliers
In addition, an improvement point was identified concerning practices for following up own competence requirements.
Follow-up of previous audits
During the audit, we observed that two previously identified non-conformities had not been addressed in line with the company's feedback. These concerned:
- Non-conformity concerning “Maintenance strategy for structures”
- Non-conformity concerning “Passive fire protection”
What happens now?
We have asked Neptune to report on how the non-conformities will be addressed and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
