Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor how Equinor works systematically to reduce the consequences of poor materials selection and/or fabrication faults, and to learn from operational experience.
Result
One non-conformity was identified relating to the non-investigation of the structural condition of facilities that have been disposed of.
No improvement points were identified.
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor to report on how the non-conformity will be addressed. The deadline for this is set at 15 June 2021.
