The audit was conducted on 28 and 29 October 2021.
Objective
The objective was to monitor that the activity is being performed in line with relevant requirements in the HSE legislation.
Result
During the audit, one non-conformity relating to maintenance management was identified. An improvement point was also identified relating to load-cell calibration for a hawser winch.
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to report on how the non-conformity will be addressed and for its assessment of the improvement point observed.
The reply deadline is set at 21 December 2021.
