Neptune – Fenja – project management and project follow-up

The audit was conducted on 30 September 2020.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that, in its project management, Neptune is ensuring that it is reducing risk in the project execution phase and preventing accidents during start-up and operation.

Result

No non-conformities were detected during the audit.

Two improvement points were however detected relating to:

• Follow-up of elements in the management system
• Dissemination of information and reporting

What happens now?

We have asked for the company's assessment of the observations we have categorized as improvement points. The reply deadline is set at 21 December 2020.
