The objective of the audit to verify whether Equinor had safeguarded the condition of the Gullfaks C concrete jacket in compliance with the regulations.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Two improvement points were identified relating to:
- Deficient inspection and monitoring
- Qualification and quality control of repair work
What happens next?
Equinor has been given a deadline of 15 February 2020 to assess how the improvement points will be addressed.
