The audit was conducted on 6 November 2019.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that Lundin’s own follow-up of the production of subsea installations and works on the Edvard Grieg facility is being carried out in compliance with both the company’s and the regulatory requirements.

Result

We identified two improvement points in the audit. These concerned non-conformity handling and performance standards.

What happens now?

We have asked Lundin to provide us with their assessment of the improvement points observed by 31 December 2019.

Solveig

Solveig is a field in the central part of the North Sea, 15 kilometres south of the Edvard Grieg field. The water depth in the area is 100 metres. Solveig was discovered in 2013, while the plan for development and operation (PDO) was approved in 2019. Solveig will be developed with five single wells tied-back to the Edvard Grieg Field. Production started in 2021.
