From 27 to 29 May 2019, we carried out an audit of the safeguarding of integrity within structures and maritime systems in the operation of Norne. The audit builds on previous activities on the same topic, notably the series of audits conducted on this topic between 2008 and 2012.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor is safeguarding structural safety in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Result
We observed no non-conformities or improvement points during the audit.

The report includes Equinor’s own observations concerning where there is room for improvement, and we have asked for the company’s assessment of these.
