Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that integrity and barrier management for flexible risers, pressure protection/emergency shutdown system and maritime systems complied with the company's own requirements and statutory regulations.
Result
One non-conformity was identified in connection with reporting and follow-up in the maintenance system.
In addition, improvement points were identified in connection with:
- Integration of structures – barrier system
- Passive fire protection
- Routines for critical operations
- Competence management
- Alarm management by the central control room
- Design loads for flexible risers
Statoil has been given a deadline of 15 March 2018 to report on how the non-conformity and improvement points will be addressed.
