Objective
The objective of the audit was to document whether Point Resources had planned and executed permanent plugging of the wells in line with the regulations and that the performance of the well barriers had been verified.
Result
One non-conformity was identified in connection with barrier performance.
No improvement points were identified.
Point Resources has been given a deadline of 5 June 2018 to report on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
