The audit was conducted on 6 and 7 November 2018.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to evaluate how Gassco (the operator) and Equinor (the technical service provider) are ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, recognised standards, and their own requirements for the operation and maintenance of the concrete culvert for Statpipe.
Result
The audit identified one non-conformity, relating to:
- Deficient and defective analyses
In addition, improvement points were identified in connection with:
- Quality controls and verifications
- Registration of inspection data
Gassco has been given a deadline of 14 January 2019 to report on how the non-conformity and improvement points will be addressed.
