Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor that Equinor's management and follow-up of barriers, technical safety, electrical facilities, working environment and materials handling including cranes and lifting equipment on the Gina Krog FSO comply with the regulations.
Result
Non-conformities were identified in connection with:
- Work in and operation of electrical facilities
- Offshore cranes
- Benzene exposure
- Noise
In addition, an improvement point was identified in connection with the holding of meetings in the working environment committee (AMU).
Equinor has been given a deadline of 31 August 2018 to report on how the non-conformities and improvement point will be addressed.
