Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that ConocoPhillips is maintaining robust emergency preparedness during a period in which streamlining processes are under way.
Result
One non-conformity was identified in connection with safety during MOB operations.
Two improvement points were also identified concerning marking and signage and HSE manuals.
ConocoPhillips has been given a deadline of 9 May 2017 to report on how the observations will be addressed.
