Lundin is in the completion phase for the Edvard Grieg production facility and scheduled production start is November 2015.

The objective of the audit was to verify that Lundin is implementing the regulatory requirements.

Result

Non-conformities were identified in connection with:

  • Competence
  • Working environment conditions

In addition, improvement points were identified in connection with:

  • Documentation
  • The working environment committee (K-AMU)
  • Work processes
  • Non-conformity handling
  • The operator's ‘principal undertaking duty’
  • Supervisory responsibility
  • Mapping activities
  • Chemical management

Lundin has been given a deadline of 4 September 2015 to report on how the non-conformities and improvement points will be dealt with.

Non-conformity:

Entails that a condition is assessed as not complying with a regulatory requirement.

Improvement point:

Entails that we have identified a deficiency or weakness, without there being sufficient grounds for determining a breach of regulatory requirements.
