The audit identified serious breaches of the regulations.

Based on the findings made during the investigation, the PSA issued Prosafe AS with a notification of order. See: Notification of order for Prosafe AS following audit of at-risk groups on Regalia.
In conformity with the notification, Prosafe AS is now issued with the following order:
Pursuant to the Framework Regulations, section 69 concerning administrative decisions, with reference to the Management Regulations, section 6 concerning the management of health, safety and the environment, section 8 concerning internal requirements, section 21 concerning follow-up, the Activities Regulations, section 4 concerning a coordinating working environment committee and the Working Environment Act, section 6-1 concerning the election of safety representatives, Prosafe AS is ordered as follows: Prosafe AS must implement necessary measures to ensure that occupational health and safety are followed up in compliance with the regulations.

The following elements must be included:

- Conduct the missing mapping and risk assessments of occupational health and safety on Regalia, with reference to item 5.1.2 of the report.
- Prepare a binding, time-delimited schedule for implementing risk-reducing measures, with reference to item 5.1.3 of the report.
- Ensure the necessary clarification of responsibilities and competence among personnel with OHAS-related duties, with reference to item 5.1.4 of the report.
- Establish a joint on-site working environment committee and ensure that a senior safety delegate is elected, with reference to item 5.1.5 of the report.

The deadline for complying with the order is set at 30 September 2014. The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway is to be notified when the order has been carried out.
