In 2022, Noble Drilling took over the ownership and operation of Maersk Drilling's facilities with AoCs.

The AoCs were originally given to Maersk Drilling, but transferred to Noble Drilling in connection with the merger. This concerns the following facilities: Maersk Intrepid Maersk Interceptor Maersk Invincible Maersk Integrator Maersk Reacher Maersk Innovator.

Noble Integrator is a jack-up drilling facility, delivered by the Keppel Shipyard in Singapore in 2014.

Decision

It is the PSA's assessment that petroleum activities may be carried out using the Noble Integrator facility within the regulatory framework.

The validity of the Acknowledgement of Compliance assumes that Noble Drilling Norge AS ensures that the facility and relevant parts of the company’s organisation and management systems are maintained, to fulfil the terms and conditions set out in the PSA’s decision.

Audits in connection with the AoC application

Noble Integrator is the third jack-up rig is a series of four of this type. The AoC for Noble Integrator is based, among other things, on the AoCs for Noble Interceptor and Noble Intrepid. We have also performed several audits of Noble Integrator.
