THE HSE REGULATIONS
Regulations relating to
- health, safety and the environment in the petroleum activities and at certain onshore facilities (Framework HSE)
- management and the duty to provide information in the petroleum activities and at certain onshore land facilities (Management)
- design and outfitting of facilities (Facilities)
- conducting petroleum activities (Activities)
- technical and operational matters at onshore facilities in the petroleum activities, etc. (Technical and Operational)
The HSE regulations have adopted parts of or complete regulations issued by other Norwegian authorities, also. Such adoption is evident from the requirements in the HSE regulations.
In certain cases, the guidelines to the HSE regulations recommend parts of or complete regulations issued by other Norwegian authorities, as norms, to fulfill requirements in the HSE regulations. Such recommendations are evident from the guidelines.
In addition, some other regulations relating to HSE, are also applicable by virtue of their scope.
