The objective of the audit was to verify the company’s management of technical, operational and administrative conditions relating to use of lifting appliances and lifting gear on all facilities on the Valhall field.
Furthermore, the goal was to verify working environment conditions on the Valhall QP facility.
Result
Nonconformities were identified in relation to:
- Working environment conditions for catering employees in Sodexo
- Leaking hydraulic oil from the offshore cranes
Furthermore, improvement items were identified in relation to:
- Supervisory and coordination duties
- Emergency operation valves in the engine room
