Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify the facility’s emergency preparedness organisation, equipment and systems that maintain preparedness functions.
Result
Nonconformities were identified in relation to:
- Plan for training response personnel
- Expertise and robustness in the emergency preparedness organisation
- MOB suits
- Knowledge regarding risk and preparedness analyses
- Rescue suits and life jackets
Furthermore, improvement items were identified in relation to:
- Facilitating employee involvement
- Following up improvement measures following training and exercises
- Emergency lighting
- Marking escape routes
- Office facilities
- Labelling pipes
- Lighting under rescue and evacuation means
