International agreements
The international agreements (MOU - Memoranda of Understanding) govern cooperation between us and relevant safety authorities in the respective countries.

The MOUs relate to facilities where all of the involved parties have authority as regards safety.

The treaties have been entered into between the Kingdom of Norway and the respective countries, and deal with both safety and resource issues. Therefore, the treaties affect several governmental bodies. We have entered into MOUs in the field of fiscal metering of exported oil and gas.
