The audit was conducted from 6 to 8 February 2019.
The Johan Sverdrup field is in development with scheduled production start-up in Q4 2019. The audit was part of the follow-up of the development project and our processing of an application for consent to use the living quarters facility.
During the audit, the accommodation module was located at the Kværner yard at Stord and installation on the field was planned for March 2019.
The audit was carried out with assistance from the Civil Aviation Authority Norway for verification of the helideck and associated equipment and operational systems.
The objective of the audit was to verify that management and follow-up of the domains of logistics, emergency preparedness including helicopter deck and operations and the working environment in the project phase and in connection with preparation for operation meet the authorities’ requirements.
Our main impression from the audit was good.

We have asked Equinor to report on how the non-conformities will be addressed and to give us their assessment of the improvement points we observed.
